If you have one family member or one friend that loves you, focus on that. Focus on how blessed you are to have that person in your life. Instead of letting everything that is going wrong in your life take up time and space in your heart, mind and nerves, think of all the great things that have happened and that is happening, however small. Every good thing matters.

Don’t let circumstances and shady people hijack your joy. When you’re in a dark place, train your mind to focus on the light. However small, let the little light shine in your heart, emotions and motives. Don’t let other people’s shade steal your sunshine. Be thankful for how far you’ve come and the gift of a new day to do and be better.
