Unlike middle school debate teams, presidential debates aren’t competitions. No one wins. Presidential debates present no-filter and raw opportunities for the candidates to answer tough questions and tell voters where they sit or stand on the issues. It’s like a match dot com meet and greet. You still don’t know the person but you get enough info to see where his/her head is and if you share the same values, strategies and policies. If you do, you vote for him. If you don’t, you vote for the other candidate. But you VOTE!
